Check your Analytics and Insights.
Whether you have a website or social media pages or both, when was the last
time you actually took some time to look at your analytics and insights?
Facebook and Instagram (as long as you have business accounts) both have
insights available. This data can tell you who's following you, what
content is being engaged with the most, where your followers are from and so much more information.
You should also have google analytics set up on your website - if not DO IT
TODAY! Check out where your traffic is coming from, how long they are
staying, what your best pages are and so much more.
This is the best thing about Digital marketing - we have hard data to base
business decisions on.
Make sure you check out your analytics and insights at least once a month
(weekly would be even better!).
