The Greater Shepparton Business Centre welcomes it's newest tenant Nurture Medicine. Nuture Medicine is a naturopathic lifestyle consulting service run by Dr Deb Smith N.D (non allopathic). Dr Deb has a passion for natural medicine, healthy eating and living a stress free life in line with the laws of nature.
Dr Deb is focused on providing individual treatment plans and caters to specific health needs, with a variety of natural approaches on offer.
Good Health is vital to a happy and fulfilling life. Without good health each day is a struggle and the joy in our life slowly fades.
Balance is the key to maintaining our health, eating healthy foods, drinking clean water, moderate exercise, sunshine and fresh air, and equally as important managing our stress levels.
We are all creatures of habit and many of us have developed habits that do not support good health. The good news is that we can all develop new habits that enable us to regain our health and well-being.
