For the thousands of regionally-based Australians who are designing in their bedroom, tinkering in their garage, working on their business and dreaming of selling to the world, those dreams might soon become a reality.
Applications are now open for Australia Post Regional Pitchfest, where finalists will pitch their big idea live on stage to an expert panel of judges and public audience in a bid to win a share of up to $100,000 in prizes.
Australia Post Regional Pitchfest will help realise the potential and celebrate the success of Australia’s rural and regional entrepreneurs, artisans and small businesses, by providing a platform for them to pitch their business or idea. All finalists will participate in a program of workshops and mentoring, with winners from each state and territory moving on to compete at the national final in Wagga Wagga NSW in August.
