Shepparton Show Me launched its ‘Step Up 2012’ Campaign in December last year, inviting Shepparton Show Me levy paying businesses and their staff to ‘Step-Up’ and deliver even better customer service, in fact ‘THE BEST’ customer service you could possibly offer to ensure every customer’s experience was amazing.

To assist Shepparton Show Me stakeholder businesses in doing just that, Shepparton Show Me, as requested by the stakeholders, has partnered with GOTAFE to offer a specifically tailored "Step Up Customer Service" training package. A number of stakeholders undertook this training earlier in the year and it is on offer again.

The workshop is FREE to Shepparton Show Me stakeholders and will provide direct, no-nonsense, practical advice - the proven stuff that works to get you and your staff on the right track, and help you stay there.

Two workshops are on offer at the GOTAFE Auditorium:

- Monday, 12 November 2012 from 6.00pm to 8.00pm, and

- Monday, 19 November 2012 from 6.00pm to 8.00pm
