On Monday the 22nd of January Council hosted a roundtable event featuring the Commissioner for Victoria to South East Asia – Mr Brett Stevens
The event was well attended by Local orchardist, industry representative and Government.
The round table discussions were very valuable and gave attendees a greater understanding of the opportunities that exist in South East Asia. The event gave representatives the opportunity to discuss the challenges that exist in relation to exporting local produce and hear about solutions that can be implemented into their respective business.
Council is committed to supporting our region with International opportunities and will continue to facilitate these discussions.
