NBN Co today announced the start of construction of the National Broadband Network (NBN) in Shepparton, releasing a detailed map showing the area covered by the first construction module.
Construction contractors have now been given instructions to start work, which begins with a detailed survey of the area and the existing telecommunications infrastructure. This work is expected to take several months before fibre hauling commences.
