Trevor's retail career spans over 40 years, much of it with the Just Jeans Group where he reached the position of National Operations Manager, taking the company from 10 shops to 400 shops operating throughout Australia and New Zealand. His responsibilities covered all aspects of the stores including the design and profitability.

Moving to Victorian State Leasing Manager of Lend Lease Retail Trevor had responsibility for the planning of two major Victorian shopping centres. In 1995 he recreated a retail consulting company, The Retail Partnership, and worked on strategies for the likes of Telstra, RACV, Mobil Oil Company, Ansett Airlines (Sydney Terminal) and many small retail businesses.
