The vacancy rate for commercial properties in the Shepparton CBD has fallen again to 8.2%.

This continues a consistent decrease in the number of vacant shops in the CBD since June 2016 and the latest figure represents the lowest number of vacant shops in the CBD since data gathering began in 2012.

Some of the new businesses to set up in Shepparton include Indian Restaurant Aangan on Fryers Street, La Porchetta on Wyndham Street, F45 Fitness on High Street and Vinnies on Maude Street.
