Building and planning permit applications continue to be steady.
While there have been some new office and commercial developments in the last 12 months, there has also been an increase in the number of re-use planning permit applications for vacant commercial and industrial buildings.
It is pleasing to see a number of vacant buildings finding a re-use, particularly in the Shepparton CBD.
