In 2024, Council launched the Promoting Greater Access in Greater Shepparton guide which includes simple tips, checklists and advice for local businesses and event organisers' to make their business and/or event more accessible to those with disabilities.
Participants will leave the session with an understanding of:
- low cost ideas to increase accessibility at local events/businesses
- how to increase attendance and inclusiveness at local events/businesses
- understanding what ‘good accessibility’ is.
