Staff at the Greater Shepparton Business Centre would like to congratulate Susan Colmer and her team at the GV Developmental Clinic on their expansion and relocation to a larger premises at 636B Wyndham St, Shepparton.
Susan’s recently expanded team provides multidisciplinary allied health and mental health services for children, adolescents and adults, including autism spectrum assessment and support services.
The GV Developmental Clinic was born from the perceived need to cater locally for people of all ages who have very specific neurodevelopmental and associated needs for assessment and ongoing support from a psychologist, speech pathologist, occupational therapist, social worker and/or sandplay therapist. 'No need to travel to Melbourne' is their motto.
The clinic is also part of the Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Clinic’s Community Resource Group – a first of its kind in Victoria.
GV Developmental Clinic has benefitted immensely from the support offered by the Greater Shepparton Business Centre – not only has it provided the growing clinic with affordable space from which to operate but the mentoring and small business development workshops that were offered were invaluable. In particular, “The Business Centre Manager’s presence, knowledge and guidance have been essential to the growth and development of our clinic” said Ms Colmer. “I highly recommend the facilities and services offered by the Greater Shepparton Business Centre to new businesses starting up in the Shepparton region”.
