Telstra are upgrading their mobile network at Mount Major between Monday 2 and Saturday 7 October. Mobile services will be impacted at various times during this period.
The upgrade work needs to be carried out during daylight hours for health and safety reasons, so Telstra technicians will need to switch off the equipment which support mobile services in the area. This may result in some disruption to mobile services. Every effort will be made to reduce the impact to their customers.
These upgrade works can cause disruption to all devices using the Telstra Mobile Network, including but not limited to mobile handsets, EFTPOS machines, and any device with a Telstra Mobile SIM.
