NBN Co is inviting Greater Shepparton businesses to learn more about nbn™ Business Fibre Initiative, with an information breakfast hosted in partnership with the at the Shepparton Chamber of Commerce and Industry on 2 March.

The event will be held at the Quality Hotel Parklake on Tuesday 2 March between 7am and 9am (7.30am start).

Shepparton has been named a nbn™ Business Fibre Zone to offer NBN Co’s premium business-grade fibre, Enterprise Ethernet, at the same wholesale price as capital cities centres.

NBN Co announced the up to $700 million Business Fibre Initiative, which included the creation of up to 240 nbn™ Business Fibre Zones nationally. The zones are designed to expand the access of Enterprise Ethernet to an estimated 700,000 businesses nationally at no charge for the fibre deployment to the service provider and at reduced wholesale prices, up to 67 per cent for some businesses¹.

It has options for prioritised traffic, high capacity and symmetrical upload and download wholesale speeds from 10Mbps to close to 1Gbps², as well as enhanced 24/7 support through the business nbn™ Operations Centre with a dedicated team located in Australia.

The Business Fibre breakfast event is all about providing businesses with choice and availability to help unlock potential growth and productivity gains associated with technology investment and adoption, including job creation.
