Boost your hospitality business exposure with our ‘Meet and Eat’ Campaign! The ‘Meet and Eat’ campaign is our way of inviting residents and visitors on a journey – a journey that takes them to your doorstep.

Greater Shepparton City Council is seeking expressions of interest from businesses, to showcase the rich culinary diversity of our region. Through this innovative campaign, we want to celebrate the heart and soul that you pour into your business and dishes every day. And participation is FREE!

For participating businesses we will create engaging 30-60 second video content, take six to eight professional photographs of your signature dishes and capture your unique story. Content will be shared and promoted across the Greater Shepparton Great Things social media channels and we will be encouraging community engagement by offering a ‘Feed Me Feast’ competition.

The Meet & Eat campaign aims to increase awareness and patronage of local restaurants, stimulate economic growth and enhance community engagement with the local food scene.

  • We are looking for 20 businesses that fit our criteria.
  • The campaign will run for a duration of 10 weeks, from April to June 2024.
  • Businesses who express interest must be available within this timeframe.
  • They must also be willing to provide a ‘Feed Me Feast’ (for two or more people) to the competition winner at the conclusion of the campaign.

If you are new or established business, we’d love to hear from you!

Expressions of Interest close at midnight on 5 April 2024.  Register here.
