Safe - identify the most important digital assets in your business. It is much easier to protect your most valuable items
Two-factor authentication - it is widely accepted that enabling two-factor authentication is the most effective way to prevent a breach. Hacked passwords cause 81% of data breaches and are no longer adequate security measures on their own. Two-factor works as a second line of defense in the event that your password is cracked.
Open with caution - before opening email attachments or links, verify that you are familiar with the sender, the email address that sent the attachment is legitimate and is it an email you were expecting from the sender.
Password etiquette - create a strong password and change it frequently. Passphrases are now being recommended.
