Victorian Fresh Produce Network in conjunction with WorkSafe Victoria's Safety Learning Network pilot project are running a free workshop on Horticulture Farms - Decision Fatigue and Leadership.
Join Catherine Velisha, Managing Director of Velisha Farms and Neil Salvador, Principal Lawyer/Director of NSB Group to discuss the challenges facing horticulture businesses everyday. This session will focus on how decision fatigue affects leadership and safety on farms.
