One day. Your Wellbeing. Our Community.

Tickets are now on sale to Greater Shepparton's annual Health and Wellbeing event to be held at Riverlinks Eastbank on Sunday 29 October.  Your ticket will give you access to 30+ local professionals and innovators across health and wellbeing, workshops, talks, demonstrations and a tote bag full of goodies.

The packed program of events will see workshops begin at 9.30am and run through until 3.30pm, with the schedule ensuring there is something on offer for everyone. The program features activities for those wanting to move their bodies and connect their minds, learn more about their health journeys, get creative, or listen to an intimate talk on women’s health.

Attendees interested in moving their body and mind can take part in a gym circuit or silent workout, enjoy a connected tea ceremony and meditation, or put on some roller skates or headphones and take part in one of the two disco events.

This is your day to come together with family and friends to enjoy a day of feel-good activities, connect with and learn something new from our local experts and go home feeling supported and motivated into building a healthier lifestyle.

This event is a partnership between GV Health Foundation and Greater Shepparton City Council and everyone is welcome.

Funds raised will be donated locally to GV Health Foundation to support women's oncology.
