Tourism Greater Shepparton  annual business breakfast and workshop is on again, Friday, March 21, 2014 at the Parklake. In an innovative and entertaining approach, speaker and trainer, Mel Neil will share her insights on the key to providing great customer service, will help you understand what most commonly gets in the way of providing great service, how to motivate others to do the same and how to hold a meaningful customer service manual burning ritual!! Attendees will enjoy a full cooked breakfast whilst gaining an insight into Mel's customer service knowledge.

 

 

 

A 3 hour workshop will follow the breakfast to enable participants to engage further with Mel and learn how to implement the lessons into your business. The event is open to all interested people and their staff. As a TGS member or Shepparton Chamber of Commerce member you will be eligible for discounted tickets.  Information regarding cost can be found in the attached brochure.
