The Greater Shepparton City Council is seeking feedback on the draft ‘Seasonal Pools Review and Strategy’, which focusses on the Merrigum, Mooroopna and Tatura Seasonal Pools. In particular, feedback is sought on the key focus areas and recommended actions outlined in the Recommendations section of the ‘Seasonal Pools Review and Strategy’
The core focus of the ‘Seasonal Pools Review and Strategy’ is to assess the current status and performance of Council’s three seasonal pools, and to provide guidance to Council in relation to the provision of services and the development of facilities for swimming in Greater Shepparton. The document sets targets to achieve well run and utilised services, at a sustainable cost to Council, and provides direction for operational management.
Comments or questions are welcome. They can be submitted via the online form at the following link, which also provides access to the ‘Seasonal Pools Review and Strategy’ and the Summary Document (attached).
