Business Plans

The Greater Shepparton Business Centre encourages all new and existing businesses to develop a business plan.  Business people who do their own planning not only save a lot of money, they learn a lot about how to build a successful business. Also they have a greater sense of ownership of their business plan and are more likely to utilise it as an ongoing part of good business management. However, preparing a business plan for the first time is not as easy as it seems.

Although there are many information products available and consultants offering assistance with business planning, the Business Centre has designed a booklet specifically to assist new and existing small business operators plan their business with minimal external assistance.
