The spring 2016 edition of Inside Small Business Magazine features Kate Carnell, Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman. Ms Carnell talks first hand of a consultation process launched by her office that deals with the issues that small businesses face.

ThinkBIGsmallTALK is an online interactive platform that encourages small businesses and others to discuss and share their ideas on making small-business life easier.

As well as the ideas posted to the site, the office recieved dozens of written submissions and held discussions across the country with an aim to ensure that they captured a wide variety of perspectives on the key challenges facing small business.
