The Greater Shepparton Business Centre is proud to be part of Victoria’s Small Business Festival during August 2011.

The festival features an extensive program of business events providing inspiration, ideas and information for anyone starting or building a business.

The annual festival comprises more than 350 individual events held in venues throughout metropolitan, regional and rural Victoria.

Business Centre Coordinator Lonnie O'Dwyer is pleased to be involved with the festival.

"This festival is a perfect fit for our business centre as it represents everything that we are trying to achieve in terms of helping new and emerging small businesses," Ms O'Dwyer said.

"We have specifically tailored our events to provide informative sessions that relate to the majority of the small to medium businesses in our region."

In 2011, the festival program will focus on practical knowledge, new business skills and hands on learning.

The small business festival has grown to become the biggest small business event in Victoria, with more than 42,000 Victorians expected to take part in the 2011 program of events.
