The Victorian Small Business Commissioner (VSBC) can assist.

The VSBC deals with all types of commercial disputes including: Leases, Farm debt, Owner Driver contracts, Franchises, Supply agreements, distribution and wholesale agreements and licensing agreements.

Hear from Victorian Small Business Commissioner, Geoff Browne, as he discusses the role of the VSBC, the services offered by his office and, importantly, get some tips on avoiding disputes.

As Victorian Small Business Commissioner, Geoff has a statutory role to prevent and resolve commercial disputes, through offering preliminary assistance and mediation services to small and medium businesses.

Geoff will also discuss recent case studies, major causes of business to business and retail lease disputes, how the dispute resolution process works.
