How is a Mentor going to help me?

The majority of small businesses, by their very nature, work IN their business at the exclusion of working ON their business. This is a well used phrase but extremely apt and describes the vast majority of the businesses that we mentor. A Mentor can help you to work ON your business, challenging your perceptions and helping to resolve your issues.
- What do the experienced Business Mentors offer?
Our Mentors are business people with years of experience who want to give something back to help small businesses at an affordable level that is within the reach of most small businesses (free to residents of Greater Shepparton City Council)
- How is a Mentor going to help me?
All small businesses have issues that need to be assessed and decided on. Frequently there is nobody other than those directly in the business with whom to discuss these issues. A Mentor can bring an outside and fresh perspective to the issues and aid in the decision process. They also bring clarity and help you focus on the issues that matter to assist you reaching your potential.
