Small business owners and those thinking about starting a business are encouraged to attend a forthcoming seminar that focuses on Marketing for Growth.

The seminar, hosted by the Greater Shepparton Business Centre, is the forth seminar of the year and is historically one of the centres most popular.

Greater Shepparton Business Centre Development Officer Lonnie O'Dwyer encourages those interested to book early.

"In this fast paced lifestyle we live capturing your market share of customers is becoming increasingly more difficult," Ms O'Dwyer said.

"Many business owners experience hit and miss outcomes with marketing initiatives, and often settle to just learn from their mistakes.

"This can be very costly over a year and can shake a business's confidence in terms of future marketing activities and this seminar will assist owners in hitting their target markets using the most cost effective strategies."

This workshop will help existing and potential business owners to:

  • Discover how to launch new products successfully
  • Conduct market research
  • Keeping current customers happy
  • Generate new sales.

The seminar is being held at the Greater Shepparton Business Centre 70 New Dookie Rd Shepparton on Wednesday 18 May from 6.00pm to 9.30pm.

Bookings are essential and can be made by contacting the Business Centre on (03) 5832 1100.
