The Greater Shepparton Business Centre provides access to a mentor the first Wednesday of each month, offering a FREE 45 minute consultation on the topic of your choice. Our mentor will work with you on your specific needs. Topics could include, but are not limited to: finance, marketing, planning or a general ‘health check’ for your business.
A mentor provides experience, people skills and passion for helping businesses succeed, and advice is suitable for both established businesses and new start-ups.
There are many ways that a mentor is able to assist you:
- Help you work on your business, rather than just in it
- Increase your marketing and business planning skills
- Help you to set objectives and direction
- Improve your motivation and confidence
- Help you to increase sales and profits
- Bring fresh thinking and identification of new opportunities
- Help you to link into other organisations
