The ACCC has launched an updated Carbon price claims guide for business and a series of web videos to assist businesses in understanding their rights, obligations and responsibilities in the lead up to the start of the carbon price on 1 July 2012.
The Guide provides updated information on issues such as ‘information to support your claims' and ‘dealing with your suppliers', and checklists have been included to give businesses more practical guidance. New examples covering carbon price claims in advertising and information to support claims have also been added. Download the Guide from the ACCC website
